Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 24, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of PinnacleHill Merrimack Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to site evaluation and may vary based on project requirements, weather conditions, and material availability.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if you request changes to the project scope. Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved before we proceed with the work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.
5. Project Timeline
We provide estimated project timelines based on typical conditions. Actual completion may be affected by weather, unexpected site conditions, material delivery delays, or changes you request. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.
6. Site Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring pets and children stay clear of the construction zone. We will protect adjacent areas as needed but cannot guarantee zero impact to surrounding landscaping during excavation and equipment movement.
7. Permits and Regulations
We will advise you of any permits required for your project. Permit costs are typically separate from our service fees unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any homeowner association approvals or easement permissions needed for the work.
8. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your project contract. Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks due to curing and settling. Our warranty covers structural defects and failures due to installation errors but does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, ground movement, or environmental factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing defective work covered under warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain insurance coverage for injuries and property damage that occur during our work.
10. Changes and Cancellations
You may request changes to the project scope before work begins. Changes after work starts may incur additional fees. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees are specified in your project contract. Materials ordered specifically for your project may not be refundable.
11. Property Damage
While we take precautions to protect your property, heavy equipment and construction activities carry inherent risks. You should mark or identify any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden installations before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or unknown underground features.
12. Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If needed, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with New Hampshire law before pursuing litigation.
